• The poster must be created using the Congress template for the poster. You can download the template from the authors’s page. Also, a 5-minute video explaining the communication must be submitted. The video must show only yourself. No presentation is needed for this video. The organization will engage the video with the poster. The poster and the video must be uploaded by 12/06/2024. Choose “Submit your poster” and “Submit your video” on the author’s page for submission.
• The organization will engage the video with the poster so attendees can check on your explanation besides the slot assigned for your defense to the organization committee.
• The name of the file must be CODE_Surname; for example: 01-099_Paneque. The format of the poster must be *.pdf. The format of the video must be *.mp4
• The organization will print the posters and make both the posters and videos available to in-person attendees during the event.
