Whether you participate in person or online, you must complete, sign and send us the authorization to be recorded and broadcast your participation by the current Data Protection Law. Please, send the authorization before 12/06/2024.

You can download the authorization to complete from the conference website > Authors section. You must complete the document, sign it and save it as a PDF. The name of the file must maintain the following structure: SurnameName

Please note that you only need to submit one authorization regardless of the number of communications you submit. Once prepared, upload the authorization to the Dropbox folder via the link on the button above.

Tanto si participa de forma presencial como online, es necesario que complete, firme y nos envíe la autorización para ser grabado y emitir su participación de acuerdo a la Ley de Protección de Datos vigente. La fecha límite para el envío de esta autorización será el 12/06/2024.

Puede descargar la autorización para completar de la página web del congreso > sección Authors. Debe completar el documento, firmarlo y guardarlo en PDF. El nombre del fichero debe mantener la siguiente estructura: ApellidoNombre

Tenga en cuenta que solo debe enviar una autorización independientemente del número de comunicaciones que presente. Una vez preparado, cargue la autorización en la carpeta de Dropbox del enlace que encontrará en el botón anterior.
