Record Participation in Abstract Submissions 

The International Congress on Project Management and Engineering has once again confirmed its strong international appeal, achieving record-breaking participation in the abstract submission phase for its upcoming 30th edition.

The high number of submissions highlights the Congress’s consolidated position as a key international forum for research and professional practice in Project Management, as well as the steady growth in the number of contributing authors and research teams over recent years.

In total, 361 abstracts have been submitted, distributed across the following formats:

  • 🎤 218 on-site oral presentations

  • 💻 89 online contributions

  • 🖼️ 54 poster presentations

These figures represent a significant increase compared to previous editions and further reinforce the role of the CIDIP/ICPME as a leading platform for scientific dissemination and professional exchange in project management and project engineering.

The 30th International Congress on Project Management and Engineering will take place in Castellón de la Plana (Spain) from 7 to 9 July, and is jointly organised by AEIPRO and Universitat Jaume I (UJI) – School of Technology and Experimental Sciences (ESTCE).

Designed as a hybrid event, the Congress provides an international setting for knowledge sharing, combining on-site thematic sessions, oral and poster presentations, and live and asynchronous online contributions.

The CIDIP/ICPME programme also features dedicated networking and discussion spaces, as well as the International Seminar on Project Management and Engineering, with keynote-style sessions delivered entirely in English, fostering global dialogue and collaboration.

Key Dates for the 2025 Edition

  • 📌 19 February: Early registration deadline

  • 📌 27 March: Deadline for full paper submission

  • 📌 15 June: Participant registration deadline

  • 📌 7–9 July: Congress dates (hybrid format)

Proceedings of this 30th edition will be indexed in Scopus, and all accepted contributions will be assigned a DOI, ensuring international visibility, citability, and academic recognition. In addition, awards will be granted for outstanding Master’s theses and selected contributions, reinforcing the Congress’s commitment to emerging talent and knowledge transfer.
