Elena Moral Grande, Closing Keynote Speaker of the International Congress on Project Management and Engineering

The XXX International Congress on Project Management and Engineering (CIDIP/ICPME 2026), to be held from July 7th to 9th, 2026 at the Universitat Jaume I – Escola Superior de Tecnologia i Ciències Experimentals (ESTCE) in Castellón de la Plana, will feature Elena Moral Grande as its closing keynote speaker.

Elena Moral Grande is a leading figure in industrial engineering, strategic management and technology-driven leadership applied to complex industrial sectors and critical infrastructures.

An industrial engineer and C-level executive, she has more than twenty years of experience at the intersection of industrial technology, mobility and energy. She currently serves as Managing Director at Norvento TECHnPower, where she leads the strategic development and scaling of advanced energy technology solutions, supporting the energy transition, electrification and renewable energy systems.

Previously, she held several senior leadership positions at Talgo, contributing to the company’s strategic evolution, operational performance and international growth. Her professional background combines strategic vision, strong operational expertise and extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams involved in the delivery of complex, high-impact industrial projects.

In 2024, she was named Industrial Engineer of the Year by the Spanish General Council of Official Associations of Industrial Engineers, in recognition of her contribution to industrial development, technological innovation and professional leadership.

Her participation in CIDIP/ICPME 2026 will further strengthen the international and strategic dimension of the Congress, consolidating the event as a leading forum for the exchange of knowledge, innovation and best practices in project management and engineering.
