Vladimir Obradovic, IPMA Vice President, to Share His Vision for the Future of Project Management at ISoPM

Vladimir Obradovic, Vice President of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), will participate as a guest speaker at the International Seminar on Project Management and Engineering (ISoPM), the international programme of the 30th International Congress on Project Management and Engineering (CIDIP/ICPME 2026).

During the seminar, he will deliver the presentation ‘Beyond the Triangle: Adding Energy and Equity to the Project Equation‘, in which he will share his perspective on some of the emerging challenges and new approaches shaping the future of project management.

His participation further strengthens ISoPM’s distinguished programme of international keynote speakers and offers delegates the opportunity to hear from one of the most influential leaders in the global project management community.

Committed to the Advancement of the Profession

Vladimir Obradovic has served as Vice President of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) since January 2023 and brings more than fifteen years of management experience, including several years in senior international leadership positions.

Throughout his career, he has built an extensive network across public institutions, private organisations and academia, contributing to strategic initiatives with significant international impact.

A specialist in strategic management and project management, he is recognised for his ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, lead organisational transformation processes and build high-performing, results-oriented teams.

An International Forum for Project Management

The International Seminar on Project Management and Engineering (ISoPM) is one of the key international components of CIDIP/ICPME and is conducted entirely in English.

This edition will be led by two internationally recognised Co-Chairs: Jesús Martínez Almela, Vice President of AEIPRO–IPMA Spain and former President of IPMA, and Wolfgang Glitscher, Professor at Technische Universität Berlin and one of Europe’s leading experts in project management.

Alongside Vladimir Obradovic, the ISoPM programme will also feature keynote presentations by Mladen Vukomanović, President of IPMA, and A. Sivathanu Pillai, former Chairman of PMA India, together with a carefully selected programme of scientific papers presented by researchers and professionals from several countries.

The 30th International Congress on Project Management and Engineering (CIDIP/ICPME 2026), organised by AEIPRO–IPMA Spain and the **Universitat Jaume I – School of Technology and Experimental Sciences (ESTCE), will take place from 7 to 9 July 2026 in Castellón de la Plana, Spain, marking its 30th edition as one of the leading international events in project management and engineering.
