Important information for authors – Full paper submission
Before uploading your communication, please carefully check the following points:
MANDATORY TEMPLATE
- The full paper must strictly follow the official conference template.
- The template is available below.
- Submissions that do not comply with the template (structure, margins, fonts, headings, length, etc.) may be returned for correction or excluded from the review process.
ANONYMITY REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a double-blind review process, the uploaded file must be fully anonymized. Please make sure that:
- No author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or self-identifying references appear in the manuscript.
- Metadata of the file (author information in properties) has been removed. +info (https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/hub/remove-metadata-pdf.html)
- References to previous work by the authors are written in a neutral third-person style.
- File naming. Please use a neutral file name that does not include author names or affiliations, for example, a communication with code 1035: 1035_BlindReview.pdf
FILE FORMAT AND CONTENT
- Only one file can be uploaded.
- Accepted formats: .pdf
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- The document must include all mandatory sections indicated in the conference regulations.
FINAL CHECK BEFORE SUBMISSION
We strongly recommend reviewing the document carefully before uploading it, as uploaded files may not be editable after submission.
